Eclipse is an exclusive development of 20 apartments in San Telmo, a village with a great deal of history on the south-west coast of Mallorca.
The apartments will have two communal pools, one of them for children, and landscaped gardens where you can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean climate. All of this is just 100 metres from the nearest cove.
The Eclipse apartments, facing south-east, will have three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The open-plan living room with integrated kitchen maximises natural light and the sense of space.
The ground-floor apartments will have large terraces with a veranda and private gardens. The penthouses, which enjoy sea views, have access to their solarium terrace via a staircase leading up from the terrace.
Each home will have a parking space at ground level.

Estimated completion date: September 2026.

The kitchen will be fitted with units in light colours and worktops in the same tone, and will include an oven, induction hob and extractor hood, among other equipment.
The bathrooms will have a wall-hung wooden vanity unit with one or two basins, depending on the layout, a shower with a level-access shower tray and concealed taps by Tres.
All floors in the homes are laid with large-format porcelain tiles by Saloni. The terraces will have the same tiles in the anti-slip version.
The apartments will have an air-to-air heat pump air conditioning system with split units concealed in the false ceiling and distribution through ducts and grilles. Domestic hot water will be produced by an aerothermal heat pump. Electric underfloor heating will be installed in both bathrooms.
