- Contactformulier of enquiry: first name, last name, email address, phone number and your message.
- Bezichtigingsverzoek: contact details and property preferences (area, price range, property type).
- Nieuwsbrief: e-mailadres en eventueel voornaam.
- WhatsApp-message: telefoonnummer en bericht (verwerkt via WhatsApp/Meta).
- Websitebezoek: IP address (anonymised), device type, browser and pages visited. Only if you give your consent via the cookie banner.
What we use your data for
- To answer your enquiry or question.
- To offer you a personal viewing in Spain, by appointment.
- To send you relevant properties, projects or market updates, only with your consent.
- To improve our website on the basis of anonymised usage statistics.

- Verwerkers that we engage for the operation of our services (email provider Brevo, hosting provider IONOS, Google Analytics). We have data processing agreements in place with all of these parties.
- Spaanse vastgoedpartners: if you would like to view a specific property, we share your first name and contact details with the relevant developer or agent, only after your explicit consent.
- Belastingdienst of bevoegde autoriteiten: indien wettelijk vereist.
How long we keep your data
- Aanvragen en correspondentie: 2 jaar na laatste contact.
- Klantgegevens (na aankoop): 7 jaar (fiscale bewaarplicht).
- Nieuwsbrief-abonnees: for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- Analytics-data: 14 months, after which Google deletes them automatically.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Inzage: you may request which data we hold about you.
- Correctie: u mag verkeerde gegevens laten verbeteren.
- Verwijdering: you may request the deletion of your data.
- Bezwaar: you can object to the use of your data.
- Dataportabiliteit: you can ask to receive your data in a readable format.
- Intrekken toestemming: u kunt eerder gegeven toestemming intrekken.
