Part of what we sell never reaches a portal. Developers and fellow agents offer it to their own network first, and we are part of that network.

Spanish lawyer, notary, NIE number, financing and registration in your name. You do not need to be in Spain for it.
Aftercare & management
After the keys, utilities, insurance and tax returns carry on. If you rent out, we also handle the guests, the cleaning and the statement.
