BLUME is a small new-build development of three detached villas in the Cortijo Blanco residential area of San Pedro Alcántara, in the municipality of Marbella. The area lies between Puerto Banús and the centre of San Pedro. According to the project documentation, the sea with its promenade and restaurants, the centre of San Pedro Alcántara and Puerto Banús are within walking distance. The three adjoining plots sit on the corner of two residential streets and measure 859 to 1,202 m². Each villa has its own garden and swimming pool.

Each villa has a basement, ground floor and first floor, connected by a lift. The floor plans for villas 1 and 2 show four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a double-height living room, an open kitchen and a multipurpose basement room. Outside there is a pool of around 60 m², a covered poolside terrace prepared for an outdoor kitchen or bar, and covered parking for two cars with a charging point. Finishes include 120 by 120 cm porcelain floor tiles, aerothermal underfloor heating, air conditioning controlled per room, home automation and solar panels. A solarium with a second pool is optional. The completion date is available on request. The asking price is € 4.490.000; we confirm on request which of the three villas are available.
