Elements EcoResidences is taking shape in Llíber, in the heart of the Vall de Pop, as a project that goes beyond architecture: it is an invitation to live in harmony with nature. Set among mountains, vineyards and villages full of tradition, this development reinterprets the Mediterranean style in a contemporary, sustainable language, fully in balance with the landscape.

From the ground up, the infrastructure has been conceived using innovative, efficient techniques in order to create a responsible and sustainable environment. At Elements every corner is designed to strengthen wellbeing and a sense of community: a clubhouse with restaurant, spa and gym; communal vegetable gardens that connect you with the land; outdoor sports areas and green spaces that invite you to enjoy fresh air and quiet.

Within this setting comes the Airen Collection, the first phase of the project, made up of villas that convey authenticity, warmth and modernity in equal measure. The Airen A model is intended for those who want maximum ease in day-to-day life. The main floor brings together everything that matters: a spacious living and dining room connected to the terrace and the pool, an open designer kitchen and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The upper floor adds two further bedrooms with private terraces that frame the views over the valley, perfect for family or guests. The outdoor space completes the experience: private pool, terraced gardens and terraces that let the house merge into the Mediterranean landscape.

All of this is rounded off by equipment that guarantees comfort and sustainability: an aerothermal system, underfloor heating, photovoltaic panels, a ventilation system with heat recovery, home automation and a charging point for electric cars.
