Navigolf Suites 2

Navigolf Suites II is the second phase of an established residential park in La Cala de Mijas, beside the La Noria golf course on the Costa del Sol. This phase comprises blocks 6 and 7 with 32 apartments of 1 or 2 bedrooms, plus a duplex type with two bedrooms. The development is under construction, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2027. The communal areas of the residential park are fully in use: oasis pool, infinity pool and children's pool, padel courts, outdoor fitness equipment, snack bar and playground, within a gated and secured complex. All homes have underfloor heating throughout, hot water from an aerothermal heat pump and their own air conditioning. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave and integrated fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The penthouses come with their own outdoor pool. Every home includes a parking space and a storage room.
